VISIBLE BY CHRISTMAS

You make things.

Maybe you paint, sew, write, design, photograph, bake, craft, create digital products, or make something that does not fit neatly into a category.

And somewhere in the back of your mind is the thought:

I would love to actually do something with this.

Maybe even make money from it.

But then comes the part that feels much harder than making the thing.

You have to let people see it.

You have to decide what to charge.

You have to post it.

You have to talk about it.

You might even have to call yourself a business owner.

And suddenly the thing that felt fun when you were making it in your kitchen, studio, spare room, or craft space feels terrifying.

That is what Visible by Christmas is for.

What We’ll Actually Work On

We’ll work on:

  • deciding what you want to offer first

  • narrowing down what you are actually selling

  • choosing what does not need to happen yet

  • pricing simply

  • creating a clear way for people to buy or contact you

  • talking about your work without feeling fake or salesy

  • taking simple photos and videos of what you make

  • posting your work

  • dealing with comparison

  • handling the fear of being judged

  • tolerating the urge to delete everything and disappear

  • building a simple visibility plan you can actually keep using

We start by getting the idea out of your head and onto paper.

What do you make?

What are you ready to offer?

What could someone realistically buy from you right now?

What needs to wait?

You’ll leave the first week with a much clearer idea of what you’re putting into the world first.

No 30-page business plan required.

Week 1: What Are You Actually Selling?

Week 2: Let People See It

This is where courage enters the room.

We’ll talk about visibility, comparison, perfectionism, vulnerability, and the fear that tells you everyone is going to think your idea is ridiculous.

Then we’ll start practicing anyway.

We’ll look at simple ways to photograph, film, post, and talk about what you create so people can begin finding you.

Someone likes what you made.

Great.

Now what?

This week we’ll work on the practical pieces: pricing, how someone orders, simple descriptions, payment options, packaging or delivery considerations, and creating a buying process that does not require you to build an enormous business infrastructure first.

The goal is simple:

Make it easy for someone to understand what you offer and what to do next.

Week 3: Make It Possible to Buy

We’ll bring everything together into a simple plan.

What are you offering?

Where are you showing up?

What are you posting?

How can people buy?

What are you going to do when fear tells you to stop?

The goal is not to become a full-blown brand by Christmas.

The goal is to stop hiding long enough for people to find you.

Week 4: Get Visible Before Christmas

The Fear of Visibility

This group is not just about business setup.

We are also going to work through the emotional part of being seen.

That means talking about:

  • worrying what people will think

  • feeling like an imposter

  • comparing yourself to people who seem way ahead of you

  • waiting until everything is perfect

  • feeling awkward about charging money

  • worrying no one will buy

  • wanting to disappear after you post

  • wondering whether what you make is good enough

You do not have to feel confident enough to start.

This Group May Be for You If…

  • You make something you want to sell.

  • You have had the idea for a while but keep putting it off.

  • You do not know where to start.

  • You get overwhelmed by all the things you think you need.

  • You hate the idea of “marketing yourself.”

  • You want to sell but feel embarrassed talking about what you make.

  • You have little or no support from people around you.

  • You want structure, accountability, and people who understand what it feels like to put creative work into the world.

You Do Not Need…

  • A business plan.

  • A website.

  • A logo.

  • Thousands of followers.

  • A full product line.

  • Everything figured out.

  • You need something you want to put into the world and enough willingness to begin.

The Goal

By the end of four weeks, I want people to be able to:

find you, understand what you make, and know how to buy from you or contact you.

A Note About This Group

This is an educational and supportive business-building group.

It is not therapy, legal advice, tax advice, or individualized financial advice.

We will focus on getting your idea out of your head, making it easier for people to find and understand what you offer, and helping you work through the fear that shows up when you start being more visible.
