Personalized CE for Therapists
Why one-on-one?
Your questions, clinical experience, clients, and goals shape what we spend our time on.
One-on-one training gives us room to slow down, follow your questions, practice something again, pull apart a clinical moment, or spend the entire session on the area you came to learn.
There is no need to teach to the middle of the room.
The room is yours.
Tell me what you want to learn.
We can build your training around a specific intervention, a clinical skill you want to strengthen, the development of therapy intensives, or the practical side of building a solo or group practice.
We will decide whether virtual or in-person makes the most sense, how much time you want to spend, and whether the training will include eligible continuing education hours.

What Can We Work On?
Your training is personalized around the area you want to strengthen.
Clinical Skills and Interventions
We can focus on things like:
Parts work
InnerActive Parts Cards
Sand tray interventions
Trauma-informed experiential work
Regulation and pacing
Somatic and body-based awareness
Imagery and hypnotic techniques
Working with protective patterns
Core beliefs and underlying wounds
Clinical language and therapist responses
How to introduce an intervention
What to do when a client gets stuck
How to know when to stay with something and when to shift
Case conceptualization
Integrating experiential work into your existing clinical style
The point is to move beyond simply understanding the intervention and into knowing how to use it in the room.
Build Therapy Intensives
If you want to offer therapy intensives in your own practice, we can use your training time to build that model with you.
We can work through:
Who your intensive is designed for
Screening and client fit
Intake and preparation
Half-day, full-day, or multi-day formats
Structuring the clinical day
Breaks and pacing
Clinical boundaries
Integration and follow-up
Documentation considerations
Pricing
Scheduling
How intensives fit alongside your current caseload
How to explain the service to potential clients
If you want to offer a six-hour intensive, I recommend learning inside a six-hour container.
The structure itself is part of what you are learning.
Practice Development for Therapists
You can also use personalized training time to work on the business and ethical side of private practice.
We can look at how to build or strengthen a solo or group practice responsibly.
Topics may include:
Starting a solo practice
Building a group practice
Policies and procedures
Clinical boundaries
Fees and payment policies
Scheduling and caseload structure
Documentation systems
Hiring
Supervision
Creating clear staff roles and expectations
Protecting client care as the practice grows
Building systems before growth creates problems
Creating a practice that fits the way you want to work
Choose How You Want to Learn
Virtual One-on-One Training
Virtual training works well when you want focused time on a specific skill, intervention, clinical question, or practice issue.
We may spend one hour on one topic or build a longer training around several connected areas.
You may want to:
Watch a demonstration
Practice an intervention
Work through clinical language
Talk through case examples
Learn how I structure a specific kind of work
Troubleshoot something that feels awkward in session
Build your therapy intensive
Work through practice systems or ethical decisions
$275 per hour
In-Person Therapist Intensives
IN-person training gives us more room to move between teaching, demonstration, experiential learning, practice, reflection, and application.
You may learn an intervention, experience selected pieces from the participant side, step back and examine what happened clinically, and then practice how you might use it with your own clients.
Half Day
3 hours | $825
Full Day
6 hours | $1,650
Two Days
12 hours | $3,300
Three Days

Personalized Continuing Education
Eligible instructional and experiential training time may qualify for continuing education hours through the Center for Emotional Enlightenment, NBCC ACEP No. 7479.
If continuing education hours are important to you, let me know when we plan your training so the content and structure can be built appropriately.
Breaks, meals, and non-qualifying activities are not included in continuing education hours.
Group Training
I also offer customized trainings for counseling practices, professional organizations, and clinical teams.
Group training can be built around many of the same clinical, intensive-development, and practice-development topics.
