WHAT TO EXPECT

Most clients describe it as “emotional surgery”. A deep clearing of what has long felt unhealed.

We’ll go inward, clean out the pain that’s been quietly shaping your life, and help your body and mind reconnect in real time.

After an Intensive, you can expect to:

  • Feel calmer and more connected to yourself

  • See your story with compassion instead of shame

  • Release old self-protective patterns

  • Understand what safety feels like inside your own body

  • Move forward with clear practices for integration and continued healing

You leave with support and guidance in real time as your nervous system settles and meaning unfolds.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong.

It’s about remembering what has always been right.

  • A Therapy Intensive is a focused, extended therapy experience designed to help you move through deeper layers of healing without the stop-and-start rhythm of traditional weekly therapy.

Rather than spending months building momentum one hour at a time, intensives create intentional space for nervous system regulation, insight, emotional processing, and meaningful change in a more immersive way.

Intensives may include approaches such as:

    • EMDR

    • Nervous system and attachment-focused work

    • Sand tray and experiential exercises

    • Parts work

    • Guided reflection and resourcing

    • Education and integration

Every intensive is personalized based on your needs, goals, history, and emotional capacity.

  • Therapy intensives are private pay only and are not billed through insurance.

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your intensive dates.

This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your intensive.

Because intensive appointments require significant preparation and scheduling, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • I accept:

    • All major credit cards

    • CareCredit

Payment plans may also be available. However, the full balance must be paid before the first day of your intensive.

  • Each intensive is tailored specifically to you. Sessions may include:

    • Attachment and relational work

    • EMDR

    • Sand tray or experiential activities

    • Emotional education and integration

    • Resourcing and grounding techniques

The goal is not to overwhelm you, but to create a structured, supportive space where meaningful healing work can happen safely and intentionally.

  • All intensives take place in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
