Two Ways to Join Me This Fall
I’m opening two small live online groups this fall.
One is for people who are tired of surviving everything and want to practice living differently before the holidays.
The other is for creatives who have something they want to build, sell, or put into the world but keep getting stopped by fear, self-doubt, or not knowing where to start.
Both groups meet on Mondays from October 26 through November 16.
Both are four weeks.
Both are $147.
You just choose which one fits what you need right now.

AFTER SURVIVAL: LEARNING HOW TO LIVE
Some of us learned how to survive long before we learned how to live.
We learned how to read the room. Keep the peace. Handle things ourselves. Push through. Stay useful. Make sure everybody else was okay.
And then the holidays come around and somehow we’re right back in the same old role.
The fixer.
The peacemaker.
The one who says yes.
The one who keeps everybody comfortable.
The one who leaves exhausted and wonders why they did it again.
After Survival: Learning How to Live is a four-week live online group for people who want to notice those old survival patterns and start practicing something different before the holidays arrive.
This is not about becoming a different person in four weeks.
It is about having more choices.
What We’ll Actually Practice
Over four weeks, we’ll work on things like:
knowing what is yours to carry and what isn’t
noticing when you are reading the room instead of yourself
figuring out what you actually want before automatically saying yes
saying what you need without a five-minute explanation
letting someone be disappointed without rushing to fix it
noticing when you slip back into an old role
responding differently when guilt, fear, or obligation show up
deciding ahead of time how you want to show up for the holidays
VISIBLE BY CHRISTMAS
You make things.
Maybe you paint, sew, write, design, photograph, bake, craft, create digital products, or make something that does not fit neatly into a category.
And somewhere in the back of your mind is the thought:
I would love to actually do something with this.
Maybe even make money from it.
But then comes the part that feels much harder than making the thing.
You have to let people see it.
You have to decide what to charge.
You have to post it.
You have to talk about it.
You might even have to call yourself a business owner.
And suddenly the thing that felt fun when you were making it in your kitchen, studio, spare room, or craft space feels terrifying.
That is what Visible by Christmas is for.
What We’ll Actually Work On
We’ll work on:
deciding what you want to offer first
narrowing down what you are actually selling
choosing what does not need to happen yet
pricing simply
creating a clear way for people to buy or contact you
talking about your work without feeling fake or salesy
taking simple photos and videos of what you make
posting your work
dealing with comparison
handling the fear of being judged
tolerating the urge to delete everything and disappear
building a simple visibility plan you can actually keep using
