This isn’t an hour of me giving you a list of things to go home and figure out. Bring what you’re working on and we’ll pull it up, look at what’s getting in the way, and work on it together.
If it’s your website, let’s look at the website. If it’s your book, bring the manuscript. If you’re trying to turn an idea into a training or figure out what you’re actually offering in your practice, that’s where we’ll start.
We use the hour to work, not just talk about working.
I’VE FIGURED A LOT OF THIS OUT WHILE ACTUALLY DOING IT.
I’ve built a group counseling practice and a solo practice. I’ve hired and supervised therapists, closed a business, rebuilt, developed continuing education trainings, created therapeutic products, published two books, built websites, grown an online audience, and marketed all of it along the way.
Some things worked really well. Some didn’t. And I’ve spent money on plenty of things I wouldn’t spend money on again.
I’m not bringing you a formula I learned in a business course. I’m bringing what I’ve learned from actually building things.
Maybe you’re trying to open or rebuild a private practice. Maybe you’ve written a book and have no idea how to get it from your computer to someone’s bookshelf. You may have a training in your head, a website that doesn’t sound like you, or an offer that makes perfect sense to you but is surprisingly hard to explain to anyone else.
